    The problem with Dilbert is that anyone ( for the most part) who has worked in a large organization finds Dilbert all too true.
    Interestingly most of the Dilbert cartoon ideas come from actual submissions from employees or former employees . This is yet another example.
    Often it seems that many companies survive in spite of themselves. Those that cannot do “manage”.
