		<description>Miriam! What a great post, and so timely for me. :) Since I just started interviewing again I hadn&#039;t really thought about references until fairly recently. I&#039;ve been in a bit of a panic trying to figure out how to collect them all, but these tips have definitely calmed me down.

Thanks so much for (seemingly) being able to read my mind and address one of my foremost concerns about the next part of my job search!
