		<description>Thanks for the review.  I&#039;m looking forward to giving this book a read.  I&#039;ve seen him speak before, and I can definitely see why not all wine lovers would be a good fit for his style.  But, I also see value in a lot of what he&#039;s saying (although, like you, I don&#039;t think resumes are going anywhere).  I do think there&#039;s truth in not being &quot;all things to all people,&quot; and it&#039;s okay if some are &quot;lost&quot; along the path of differentiation.</description>
