					<description><![CDATA[This is the dumbest thing I&#039;ve ever heard.  If you&#039;re planning to move somewhere new, you do not need to jump through all these hoops to land a job.  Your future employer does not care if you have a local number (guess what? people have cell phones now - long distance charges not a concern).  People understand that obviously you&#039;re getting mail somewhere else if you haven&#039;t moved yet.  I&#039;ve never had a problem relocating to a new city and finding a job before I get there.  This isn&#039;t 1995 anymore.]]></description>
