He needs to get his act together, or he’ll be out of a job for a long time. I am a believer that there are no “unconscious acts”, only conscious ones. Forgetting his portfolio and answering his phone in the interview indicate to me that he really wasn’t interested in this position, no matter what he consciously said. He needs to suit up for every game, no matter what.
