					<description><![CDATA[Truth is, waiting for your work (or whatever you do) to be perfect is Career Killer #1. You end up wasting lots of time waiting, instead to go for it and give yourself the same amount time (or less) to become better. I see it with my blog. I waited and waited and waited until one day I said: &#039;What is going to happen in the next 3 months that will make this blog more successful?&#039;. Nothing. I launched and I use the same amount of time to listen to people who write me and suggest stuff and provide feedback. 
I guess then the differentiator could be the feedback. Or confidence.
How confident are you to show others something you did that probably is not perfect?]]></description>
