					<description><![CDATA[I think it&#039;s also interesting how important non verbal communication plays in meaning. It&#039;s not just the words that make a difference. For example the tone people use. I always make the analogy of when a footballer reads out an apology for some misdemeanor. They convince very few people, no matter how well chosen their words are. The simple act of putting their hands on their hearts, looking the audience in the eye and saying a heartfelt sorry, is far more convincing.
