Jobawareness – Thanks for your comment! I was surprised as well…I think it goes to show that the market is creating a lot of different paths that people are considering – including a “wait and see” road that may not be all that forward-moving!

Yes after recession the job search is very low all the employees stay in their position in same company, lot of layoffs happenning even in big companies, its being a nightmare time for all the job searchers, its also very unfortunate time for the people who are completing their studies and trying to look out for a suitable job according to their education.
