					<description><![CDATA[Nice post, Really surprised to know the statistics of how many people are applying for a job and who are all putting off the job. Yes after recession the job search is very low all the employees stay in their position in same company, lot of layoffs happenning even in big companies, its being a nightmare time for all the job searchers, its also very unfortunate time for the people who are completing their studies and trying to look out for a suitable job according to their education.
