This is really a great stuff. Hiring a talented person has become very tough for managers. I am staying in India since 4 years and we are planning to create boom on Medical coding in this country. Honestly, India is country with many multi talented young stars. Only problem is population. But still we are doing best in hiring as many as we can.

I’ve advertised on facebook, myspace, You have to choose wisely your targets. I made a mistake once by not choosing the country or keywords or an option carefully, from top to the very last sub-option. Really good amount of traffic but very low conversion. Later when I actually target keywords or people down to the last option, I received better conversion.

It usually doesn’t matter how good your case is or how bad your situation might be, what does the trick is how you phrase what you have to say: you need to mount your message so that your empoyer can relate to it.
