GL - Thanks for your comment. I agree that LinkUp is a great tool for job seekers to research and identify the types of skills and accomplishments that hiring managers want. I am a big proponent of focusing on keywords - the more robust, the better!]]></description>

The ONLY thing I would add or suggest is for the jobseeker to use www.LINKUP.com to find those openings that are ONLY up on company websites.  Two reasons: 70% of the jobs are never advertised except on the company&#039;s own website and 2) the job descriptions are typically more robust which would lead to more keywords.]]></description>
