I always think think that to be a efficient leader you have to be a good listener. The ability to judge situations correctly. Like you said, evaluating a situation and putting it in to action is a quality that leaders should have. It is essential to be respectful to others, because everyone of us deserve to be respected. It is easier to influence people by recognizing the value they are trying to add as oppose to just being blunt and telling them what they can’t do.
