If people can get comfortable with approaching people simply to learn more (about their career journey, the organization, the industry, the culture, etc.) a lot of the pressure of these conversations goes away.

Another point that might be useful for those people who are reticent about networking. If you make the conversation more about the other person, rather than yourself, it becomes much more comfortable for many people.]]></description>
