Most people think, that asking for a pay raise during a recession is out of the question. They are so wrong! If you have done your job well and you have results to show, then you can ask for a raise.
However there are some employers, who are using the recession as excuse. But don’t let them get you down. If you worked hard, you deserve a pay raise. You just have to ask for it.
