					<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s interesting when people say you are more likely to find a job when you have a job. There is nothing more disheartening to the unemployed as hearing those words!

I&#039;d say it works both ways - sometimes an employer would prefer a candidate who can start the job immediately, rather than one who has to work a notice period. It was certainly the case for me for the times in my life when I have been unemployed (either by choice or otherwise).
