While you should constantly network (just reach out and say “how are you doing”), it is never too late. Striking up a conversation with the mail carrier has led to many candidates landing a great position. Be interested in others – make it easy for them to help you. Don’t put them on the spot, help them to help you. It is never too late – thank you for making the point.
