Ran – That is exactly the point! If you have a weakness that is related to the job, offering it as an example at an interview is not likely to land you the opportunity! For a computer programer how is public speaking related. His/ her daily job is not public speaking but intead writing programs.
When this queation is asked i think a relavent anwswer must be related to computer language / programs or skills. the interviewer is trying to understand his / her drawbacks
