					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m glad for this change.  Unfortunately most of the people I work with really don&#039;t care to try and succeed beyond their own limitations (they are happy being burger flippers for life) whereas I want to push myself increasingly to the next level.  Getting those last two recommendations has been tough.  Now that I am showing a completed profile, hopefully things&#039;ll get more active.]]></description>

So, my take is to still seek recommendations, but focus on quality!! ]]></description>
