Unfortunately most of the people I work with really don’t care to try and succeed beyond their own limitations (they are happy being burger flippers for life) whereas I want to push myself increasingly to the next level. Getting those last two recommendations has been tough. Now that I am showing a completed profile, hopefully things’ll get more active.

Of course, what seems to be a trend as well is that more and more people are beginning to see most recommendations as mutual backscratching…especially the ones that don’ provide specifics about performance. So, my take is to still seek recommendations, but focus on quality!!
