					<description><![CDATA[I think people don&#039;t / shouldn&#039;t talk about their salary with their collegues for a reason.
That reason is simply because it could cause jealousy and dissent in the work place.
People may start to talk about &quot;why is s/he getting paid more than me when I do the same job?&quot; or something like that.
Of course, there wouldn&#039;t be this problem if everyone was on the same salary, but in the real world, they&#039;re not.  :-/]]></description>

I think it can lead to a lot of dissent in the office, but at the same time, it can lead to great equality. So, it&#039;s a mixed bag. I think the only way it will work is if the business culture is one of trust. Without it, it&#039;s just going to be another problem.]]></description>
