					<description><![CDATA[This is such a timely posting because I am working on a proposal for a potential client that has some staff issues that are creating a STUCK atmosphere. I have been thinking about what type of approach I can take to help manage needed change. I think its about inspiring the staff to think about what motivates them as individuals that can add value to the group as a whole. That motivation and excitement can hopefully bring the group out of this STUCK situation and help them MAKE PROGRESS.
