					<description><![CDATA[LinkedIn is almost a given for anybody in career transition but one of the shortcomings I see is too many of only look at the search and find side of LinkedIn, not the find me side. This article has some good basic advice but I&#039;d add make sure your profile is sprinkled with key words in help those looking find you and make sure to look into the various LinkedIn groups for both networking opportunities as well as to be found.
