Job hunts are full of things that will knock you down, but you can’t let it keep you down. Get up and move on.

And one career lesson I found — anyone can be a leader if they choose to do so. Leaders are not defined by age, gender, or anything else. If you have the desire and ability to lead in whatever field, don’t let anyone stop you.
