Miriam,
"Standing back and evaluating" - a wise strategy, not only for the employer but for the resume writer.

Sometimes, it's tough to get an accurate picture of what one is portraying with their resume. (I think about the person who still keeps the same clothing style, even though it has long gone out of fashion and no longer suits the changes they have undergone - a polite way of saying "aging". LOL!)

A good way to "stand back and evaluate" is consult with someone you trust - be it a colleague, a manager or a professional, such as yourself.

I like the point you made about the pieces not always being spectacular by themselves - a case of the whole being a sum of it's parts!

Thanks! I was really inspired by this art...It is something to see, and I couldn't help but think of all the people who are not using their bits and pieces to their best advantage. Thank you for reading and commenting!
